Safe Bag provides integrated protection against bag loss. The Smart Track service includes:
1) Bag Tracking thanks to the Smart Track Card affixed to the bag;
2) Refund guaranteed for all lost bags.
The Smart Track service allows Safe Bag to collaborate with airport staff to ensure tracking of the bag within 2 days of arrival in case of loss.
If your bag is not tracked within 2 days, Safe Bag will refund you from 3rd day € 100 per day for up to 10 days for temporary loss and up to € 4,000 in case of definitive loss. (For further information visit www.smart-track.com).
To access the service it is necessary to buy a Smart Track Card at one of the Safe Bag Airport Stores or online at www.smart-track.com and attach it to your bag before departure.
The Smart Track App allows you to activate the Smart Track service from any airport, register your bag and easily access Safe Bag support in case of loss of your luggage.
